The new version is scheduled for release early next year and will focus on making the software even easier and more productive to use. While Reel Logix frequently releases updates for The Calendar Planner, this next release is scheduled to contain some very significant changes.

"The goal of The Calendar Planner was to make a program that anyone could use to create simple to complex calendars and schedules easier and faster than any other program on the market. Our testimonials demonstrate our success in his regard but there is always more to do. So we have been working closely with our customers and have identified some areas where we can increase efficiency as well as some innovative scheduling features that can be added." says Yossi Cohen, COO Reel Logix.

One of the major changes in the next release will be a new user interface that is being tested now. This new interface will look very different and will provide many new capabilities but existing users of the software will be happy to know they will still feel right at home.

Another major feature will be a new approach to creating combined schedules for people and resources. This feature is being kept under tight wraps but the development team has expressed a great deal of excitement about the possibilities. The feature will essentially allow users to very easily manage the schedule for multiple people, resources, tasks and more in a very intuitive and efficient way.

This new release is scheduled to be free for existing users of the software, in keeping with the long standing tradition Reel Logix has of providing free updates to its customers. This will be the tenth free update of The Calendar Planner in the last 2 years. Additional schedule information will be released shortly.

Reel Logix provides a free 30 day trial of The Calendar Planner for those interested in trying this unique calendar and scheduling program.
