Six Higher Education Institutions Choose Jenzabar During Second Quarter of 2010

Jenzabar’s Enterprise Resource Planning Systems to Help Institutions Achieve Performance Goals Across Campus

Boston, MA (Issues Wire / Vocus) July 28, 2010 -- Jenzabar®, Inc., a leading provider of software, services and strategies for higher education, announced today that six higher education institutions selected Jenzabar enterprise resource planning systems during the second quarter of 2010. Jenzabar ERP solutions were chosen to manage and improve administrative operations, enhance user satisfaction, and help institutions achieve performance goals across campus.

News ImageThe Q2 2010 purchases include new customers, both domestic and global, that selected the Jenzabar enterprise resource planning systems to serve their campuses, as well as institutions within Jenzabar’s client base that chose to upgrade. These six institutions of higher education were Florida Southern College, Maranatha Baptist Bible College, Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Mitchell Technical Institute, Parsons Paris School of Art and Design, and Teacher University.

We are looking forward to being able to access the many features developed for Jenzabar EX in the Microsoft® Windows® environment and to bring to our campus some of the auxiliary programs that have not been developed to interface to our current package.
Florida Southern College, located in Lakeland, Florida, has been a Jenzabar TE customer since 1992 and has recently made the decision to upgrade to the Jenzabar EX platform.

“We have watched the Jenzabar EX product mature over the years into a very robust and customer based package,” said V. Terry Dennis, Vice President for Finance and Administration at Florida Southern College. “Although the Jenzabar TE product line still serves our institution extremely well, we are looking forward to being able to access the many features developed for Jenzabar EX in the Microsoft® Windows® environment and to bring to our campus some of the auxiliary programs that have not been developed to interface to our current package.”

Jenzabar ERP products enable administrative and academic staff to access, update, store, and report on crucial data through a common database and a complete suite of end-to-end, fully integrated modules. Serving over 700 campuses, Jenzabar administrative solutions deliver key data to offices across the campus, streamlining workflow and enabling institutions to offer prompt, personalized service to prospects, students, alumni, and faculty.

“Our user community continues to expand as higher education institutions recognize Jenzabar as a partner in developing tailored solutions and services that meet their campus needs,” said Robert A. Maginn, Jr., Jenzabar Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “We are eager to collaborate with these institutions to help them overcome technological challenges, achieve their performance objectives, and provide convenient services to their prospects, students, faculty, staff, and alumni.”
