Netelligent Expands Offering to Include DataCenter and More

Netelligent, long known for advanced solutions for telephony and networking, has broadened their offering to include DataCenter, Microsoft, Security, Infrastructure Support and Training.

(Issues Wire / PRWEB) October 23, 2008 -- Netelligent, long known for advanced solutions for telephony and networking, has broadened their offering to include DataCenter, Microsoft, Security, Infrastructure Support and Training.

Netelligent has worked diligently to be able to offer additional services and solutions, while maintaining the highest level of standards for architecture, design and implementation. In the marketplace, Netelligent is known for the remarkable team of seasoned technical engineers who are the backbone to the company's success.

It all begins with the right people
A Strategic Plan
"We haven't just added more things to a list of things we can do," say's Aaron Stone, President of Netelligent Corporation. "Quite the opposite. The effort to extend our services and solutions was begun over 18 months ago." The key concern of Mr. Stone and the Netelligent Leadership team was the Netelligent brand. "Our customers and partners rely on our tremendous skills, experience and creativity in the Telephony and Networking space. With any additional offering, it was imperative that the same level of expectations and abilities were achieved", continues Mr. Stone.

The Company has added a number of individuals across engineering, sales, and support. Moreover, new Partnerships have been formed with well known technology companies VMware, EMC, and with Global Knowledge, an IT Training provider. Additionally, Netelligent has re-emphasized it's Microsoft relationship and is now a Microsoft Gold partner. "It all begins with the right people," say's Stone. "Everything we do is possible because of our internal teams coupled with the strength of our partnerships."

Cisco Partnership
From their inception, Netelligent has focused on its relationship with Cisco and providing customers with Unified Communication solutions. In June of this year, Netelligent achieved Gold partner status, which is the highest level of Cisco partnership and signifies the highest success of customer implementations, technical competency and overall customer satisfaction. "Our commitment to our roots will not be diminished," says Steve Busselman, Director of Sales. "Cisco is and will continue to be critical to our business. The ultimate goal is to deliver more for our
Customers, and to have the abilities to better understand Cisco technologies and how they are most effectively utilized in our customers technical infrastructure."

Getting the Word Out
Netelligent has taken another step that separates it from the competition, and it begins with a new website. "The website is just a tool," says Stone. "Our intent is to enable our existing customers and our future customers to easily understand what we offer, what we've done, and who we are." The technology industry is notorious for specialized terminology and acronym use. Netelligent has taken great steps to clearly communicate. Beginning with the company website and continuing through all brochures and collateral, the goal is clarity. "It is common sense," say's Colin Millstone, Director of Marketing. "Folks need to be able to understand what we do and who we are. So, we have completely redone everything to better communicate. Not only do you not have to be technical to understand our offering on our website, we have gone the extra step to help folks understand industry jargon and terminology by adding links to a lot of definitions."
