Aircraft Manufacturing Expert Captures Award for Significant Contributions to Aviation Industry

With 260 peers in attendance, Bruce Sechler, Senior Investigator at Boeing Commercial Airplanes was honored with the 2008 Edward J. Glueckler Award by the Aviation Suppliers Association (ASA) Board of Directors at the organizations annual conference. Each year, the Edward J. Glueckler Award is presented at ASA's Annual Conference in recognition of outstanding commitment, dedication, and contribution to the Association and the aviation industry. The award is named for the founder and first President of the Aviation Suppliers Association, who was on hand to present this year's award at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
