Additionally, Lombardi executives will be addressing the conference delegates during numerous roundtable sessions. The two-day conference will be held on October 6-7, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare, in Rosemont, IL. Lombardi is a platinum sponsor of the event.

Mr. Farrukh Humayun, VP, BPM and BRM architect at National City Corporation, one of the nation's largest financial holding companies, has been selected to present his company's experiences with BPM during the conference. During the session, entitled "The Evolution of our BPM Program at National City Bank," Mr. Humayun will discuss the evolution of National City's BPM program and share lessons they have learned, including how they identify and prioritize projects, as well as how they establish their BPM teams. The case study session is being held on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, from 11:45 - 12:30 p.m. local time.

Mr. Madhusudan Reddy, VP of information technology at Banco Popular North America, has been selected to share his experiences on a BPM case study panel session during the conference. The session, moderated by Dr. Jon Siegel, VP of technology transfer at OMG, is entitled "Overcoming Business and Organizational Challenges in a BPM project," and will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. local time. During the session, Mr. Reddy and other panelists will share real-world insights on how to overcome challenges companies face when getting started with BPM, as well as when attempting to institute a sustainable BPM program through-out the organization.

Additionally, three Lombardi executives will be sharing their BPM know-how, tips and techniques for success at the event. Phil Gilbert, Lombardi's president and the chairman of the Object Management Group (OMG) BPM standards subcommittee, will deliver a keynote address on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. entitled "Five Charters for BPM Governance." During the session, Mr. Gilbert will define the new internal competency and governance structures that companies require in order to scale the delivery of their BPM projects, as well as propose five 'Charters for BPM Governance' to help them make the move "from BPM project to BPM program." Mr. Gilbert will also chair a roundtable topic entitled "Business Process Governance in the Real World" on the first day of the event.

Jim Rudden, Lombardi's Vice President of Marketing, will participate on a BPM vendor panel session, entitled "On-Demand BPM" - Beyond the Buzzword: Effects and Impacts on your Business." The session will be moderated by Derek Miers, BPM analyst and CEO of BPM Focus, and will held on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Mr. Rudden and other panelists will share different points of view on what 'On-Demand BPM' is all about, and how it matters to attendees.

Finally, Mr. Marc Smith, Lombardi's Director of Technical Marketing will chair a roundtable topic entitled "Barriers to Process Improvement" on the second day of the OMG BPM Think Tank.
