Sports-O-Zone USA Provides Equipment Sanitation System for Super Bowl XLI Bound Indianapolis Colts

Elkhart Indiana based Sports-O-Zone USA provides a revolutionary patented equipment sanitation system to the Super Bowl bound Indianapolis Colts. The company manufactures a machine that offers a solution to control the problem of Staph and MRSA that is plaguing the NFL.

The company Manufactures a machine that is fast becoming a solution to the problem of controlling Staph and MRSA that is plaguing the NFL. The Indianapolis Colts are one of seven NFL teams that are using this the patented system in their locker rooms to kill these bacteria on player's equipment.

MRSA, a staph bacterium, is usually resistant to a variety of different antibiotics and is becoming more common with athletes from high school to professional sports. Independent testing of the Sports-O-Zone system have shown that after eleven minutes of treatment, greater that 99.9% of these bacteria are killed.

The San Francisco 49ers, requested organism swab test be performed on equipment worn by their team members during their August 2006 training camp.

McKenna, a retired Naval Engineer and Deep-Sea Diving Officer, along with local businessmen Rik Kain and Mark Eades are excited about the reception the system has received by the NFL and are proud that their equipment is involved in this year Championship Game.

The Sports-O-Zone system is also marketed under the Decon Zone brand name for applications outside of the sports industry. The system is also being used by governmental units to sanitize tactical person protective equipment from SWAT teams, law enforcement units and the US Military. the machines have been exported to Canada, Japan and Mexico.
