The following statement was recently issued by the UN Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) regarding a Complaint filed against Canada and the US by whistleblower and former CIA financial contractor, Harmon Wilfred, "…the United States of America has not accepted the competence of the Human Rights Committee or that of the Committee against torture to examine individual complaints".
